Move Zendesk attachments without downloading and uploading them again.
What it does
AttachmentFlow helps authorised Zendesk agents copy files between a main ticket and its side conversations.
- Copy side-conversation attachments to the main ticket.
- Send main-ticket files to an existing side conversation.
- Add copied files to the main ticket as an internal note.
- Hide files that have already been copied or sent.
Designed for deliberate actions
AttachmentFlow does not automatically send files. An agent sees the available files, chooses the destination and starts each operation.

Support teams that use Zendesk side conversations and regularly work with screenshots, images, PDFs, reports or other customer and supplier files.
